Alex Black is Chief Technology Officer for Enghouse Interactive and leads the worldwide strategy, research and development of software products for the portfolio of interaction management solutions. Alex started his career in aeronautics with British Aerospace. He spent 13 years working for Digital (DEC) in advanced technology roles, then worked for GE Capital in the field of acquisitions prior to forming a strategy consulting business helping companies like HP and IBM in developing strategies to address the emerging Internet market. Alex was Managing Director of Logicalis for several years before returning to his 'spiritual home' in strategy/product/technology leadership with Siemens Network Systems/Omnetica and UK carrier, KCOM.
