Working in partnership with solution providers and vendors, our Adoption Platform - ucSKILLS - drives UC adoption and boosts customer retention.

We have two main service streams:

• End User Adoption - ensuring a customer gets the best from their UC system
• Reseller Enablement - provides a channel's resellers with the knowledge to promote, sell, implement, and manage their UC solution

Our target market is the SME/Mid-Market sector, where we support the 'scaling' of the UC delivery process for 100s or 1000s of small business customers. Our ucSKILLS Platform facilitates the adoption of UC functionality within the customer, which improves customer retention and reduces customer churn.

ucSKILLS enables:

• Specific eLearning content to be allocated to individual users and monitors progress and adherence of learning journeys, ensuring all users fully embrace the many features and benefits a UC system delivers
• A customer's on-boarding experience to be improved and acts as a 'virtual floor-walker' during the early days of a new solution being implemented
• Customers to get immediate answers to questions - an in-life knowledge platform - which reduces a channel's support costs
