This is your chance to present yourself as thought leaders and to share insights and innovations with the Channel Live 2025 Call For Content. We are looking for entries that share longer term thinking with real-life case studies that will help the industry and demonstrate the bigger picture rather than one particular product. In particular, why does it matter to resellers and MSPs - how will it help them serve their customers?
These are the headline topics the programme will focus on and you are invited to propose your own content titles that fit these areas.
- How is the changing and adapting Channel driving Convergence, connectivity, diversity & network resilience strategies to create Gigabit Britain and drive growth in the UK Economy?
- Spotlight on connectivity with 5G Mobile, IoT, M2M, Cloud, Ethernet, wireless & Fibre and how these are changing the Channel and addressing the continued hybrid working?
- Addressing the Switch-off to all IP opportunity and what are the opportunities now the date has been delayed?
- How can the channel improve customer experience, make it more personal and lock those customers in? Discussing the latest solutions in managed services and unified communications.
- What are the Cybersecurity options – what do you need to know, buy or build, etc?
- Latest perspectives, opportunities and case studies on Mergers & Acquisitions, exits, funding and resource demand
- Embracing the AI comms opportunities and usability for the channel to ensure best customer experience
- Community building - how can the Channel collaborate & partner to share experience (connectivity, hardware, software & systems) to become a services focussed channel?
- Delivering Sustainable Tech– what can the channel industry do?
- Future-proofing - talent hiring, training, inclusion and retaining – what skills are needed for the channel workforce?
If your proposal does not fit into these suggested areas, please suggest a topic of your choice, and provide some context as to why you believe this should be front and centre at Channel Live 2025. You have until Monday 23rd September 2024 to express your interest in speaking.
