Phil Glover, who has been involved with the event for the last 5 years, is promoted to Exhibition Manager and will lead the event into this next chapter as the premium networking event for the Channel.

“Since being welcomed to the sector back in 2018 I have met many interesting characters and been inspired by the opportunities available to resellers and MSPs. Previously as the event marketer it has been a joy to nurture the event out of the pandemic and back to the vibrant networking hub that we remember. This is an exciting time for Channel Live and I am confident that our new networking features will ensure it remains the unmissable event for the sector, and the best place for growth, new opportunities and relationship building".

Dr Jane Watson will now research and produce the conference, as well as overseeing the newly formed advisory board. A critical part in the development roadmap, the advisory board will provide strategic level input into the event. Jane has 25+ years’ experience working in the telecoms and IT events industry, and as a trained scientist relishes in topic research and generation to produce market leading focused events.

A new sales team of 4 will be led by Sales Director Jessica Szuts-Naranjo, who brings 20+ years’ of experience and knowledge in local and international events. Jessica is joined by Sam Carter, Ayo Bamidele and Freddie Slendebroek. The team will ensure Channel Live attracts a range and quantity of quality brands to the show floor.

New networking features:

• One-to-One meetings service: A fully supported meeting service will allow exhibitors to communicate with attendees before, during, and after the event and maximising your time on-site with a full schedule of client and prospect meetings to take place during the show.
   
• Guided Tech Tours: These will bring visitors with specific areas of interest directly to multiple themed stands and provide exhibitors an added opportunity to be highlighted as they demonstrate their products and connect with relevant and influential visitors.
   
• Private Meeting Rooms: Channel Live has networking at its core, and for 2024 attendees can benefit from dedicated meeting spaces within the exhibition hall.
