As the IT Service Desk Manager, Greg is the Senior Leader in Technology responsible for the Service Operations and Customer Excellence at the Royal College Art - orchestrating a multi-campus support model, for a student population of 2,500, and an alumni network of over 30,000.
With close to a decade of experience working across MSP’s and, more recently, Higher Education, he is continuously at the forefront of customer service, triangulating the paradigms of Innovative & Emerging Technology, Cultural Enhancement and translating technical complexities into human-centric strategies.
Unlike traditional technologists who focus solely on the 'how of implementation, Greg focuses on the 'who' & the ‘why’ - helping to navigate the anxiety and cultural friction of the AI revolution. By drawing on his experience managing the diverse, creative ecosystem of the Royal College of Art, he shows audiences how to improve the service offering and design of solutions to customers, using new and exciting technologies, not as a replacement for staff, but as a collaborative tool that enhances human creativity.
