He has been with Giacom for more than 17 years, holding a range of product, technical and operational roles that give him a strong understanding of the platform and the needs of channel partners.

James is focused on the growing opportunity for resilient connectivity and network security-led solutions, and how these can be scaled for SMB customers. He is passionate about helping MSPs and resellers take market share by building reliable, secure and commercially viable connectivity services.

Working closely with vendors, carriers and internal teams, James ensures Giacom’s connectivity portfolio remains relevant, competitive and ready to support partner growth.
