Jen has been lucky enough to work in the Telecom Industry for 24 years in a number of different roles, of which the most recent and rewarding role, was leading on the largest private sector Apprenticeship programme in the UK, enabling people develop their skills. Her passion is to support people to be their best. She is excited to have joined The Education Skills Partnership (ESP) to share her knowledge and help more businesses develop their work force, help them reach their potential, through training and Apprenticeships.
