Jill is a Principal Technology Advisor at Ofcom. She leads projects on technical aspects of fixed voice and broadband services. In addition, she also leads Ofcom’s Technology Profession, bringing together Ofcom’s technical specialists to share their knowledge and develop their skills. More recently she has been a part of the Ofcom team working on a pledge with the major UK communications providers to commit to improving representation for women in technology roles in the telecoms sector.
