Louise Mumford
“Having worked in the education and training sector for nearly 25 years, I have worn a number of ‘hats’. Starting as a community based tutor on foundation programs I’ve worked in both the community and FE/HE sectors, then moving into training and apprenticeship delivery. This then lead to my leading on curriculum and course design and development, working with a variety of providers, from corporate to third sector organisations. As my experience grew, so did my remit and with the advance of technology I moved into instructional design and Learning Management System procurement, configuration and implementation, to include the design of bespoke digital programmes. More recently my work has centred around analysis of the skills and competencies required by different sectors, resulting in the design and delivery of numerous bespoke competence frameworks and staff development and progression initiatives. My recent work for Ogi has included the design and delivery of staff health and wellbeing courses, developing our Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme, designing a range of training activities covering topics as varied as business systems, ESG, emotional intelligence, and coaching, and trail blazing with our Train the Trainer, Aspiring Managers and Leadership Academy programmes. I am also a keen enthusiast of ‘learning in the flow’ and hope to make learning and working a seamless process, creating a culture of curiosity and innovation.”
