Martin White is All-IP & Inbound Product Manager at Giacom, having joined the business in 2011. During his time at Giacom, he has held roles across Billing, Provisioning, Procurement and Product, giving him a broad view of how network services, regulation and commercial realities intersect in the UK channel.

In his role, Martin focuses on shaping All-IP propositions that are fit for real-world deployment, from product development and compliance through to partner enablement and customer outcomes. His work centres on helping service providers manage the transition away from legacy voice services while continuing to support vulnerable users and critical services.

As Giacom’s lead for All-IP, Martin is closely involved in the industry-wide migration and works extensively with industry bodies, vendors and service providers to address its practical and regulatory challenges. He represents Giacom on multiple advisory boards, including the Telecare and Fire & Alarm Security boards, serves as CSP Co-Chair at the Federation of Communication Services (FCS) – a role he has held since 2022 – and was recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the FCS.
