Paul North joined Zen in October 2025 as Managing Director of its Partner division. With almost 20 years’ channel experience across leading alt-nets and ISPs, Paul has a proven track record in building wholesale programmes and long-term partner relationships.
 

At Zen, Paul leads the Partner division with a focus on helping our 600+ partners grow through a comprehensive portfolio of broadband, Ethernet, voice and cloud services, underpinned by a network of alt-net partnerships that delivers one of the most comprehensive connectivity footprints for the channel.
 

Paul is known for his people-first approach to leadership, creating an environment where teams and partners alike can thrive. His appointment ensures dedicated leadership for Zen Partner as the UK continues its transition to full fibre.
