Channel Live 2025 is more than just an exhibition and conference; it's where the community comes together from across the Channel. New stand and sponsorship opportunities, a revamped floorplan, new forums to speak, more spaces to work and connect, and our new meeting software – Channel Live 2025 provides a an atmosphere for you to connect, collaborate and thrive; welcome to the home of the Channel.

Our new meeting service makes it easier than ever before to select the attendees you want to meet and create a full schedule of one-to-one meetings. A reimagined floorplan, new workshops, more roundtables;  our vision is a vibrant hub of interaction and partnerships that will be more engaging and exciting for both exhibitors and attendees, fostering a buzzing environment for vital business discussions.

Our focus will be on community, collaboration and networking, and we’re covering all areas of the Channel, IT, telco, comms and mobile, to ensure we create a truly unmissable experience.

Networking and Connections

The primary objective of Channel Live will now be on facilitating high-quality networking opportunities and new business connections.

2025 will see the launch of a brand-new complimentary meeting service that will help exhibitors arrange pre-scheduled, high-value meetings with targeted attendees, ensuring a higher ROI.

The Meeting Service will be embedded in the exhibitor onboarding process and integrated in the visitor registration journey, allowing both exhibitors and visitors to engage with the tool, ensuring a seamless experience. This service will be available once registration opens.

New Floorplan 

We are excited to announce changes to the hall and floorplan at Channel Live, designed to enhance the experience for exhibitors and sponsors. The updated layout will feature expanded networking spaces, fostering more meaningful connections and business opportunities. Take the discussion away from your stand for a more intimate discussion in new seating areas.

Additionally, our theatres and dedicated speaking areas will offer new opportunities, including interactive round-table discussions, conference follow-ups, and workshops. We all know the pressures of the day-job whilst visiting shows so we are introducing dedicated workspaces to allow visitors time to catch up with calls and emails whilst on-site.

New Packages

We have enhanced our exhibitor packages to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Now, our packages include furniture, ensuring a hassle-free setup and allowing exhibitors to focus on maximising their engagement with attendees. This added convenience helps exhibitors save time and resources, providing them with a ready-to-use space that enhances their presence and impact at the event. Plus, we've redesigning our modular and lounge stands for maximum impact.

Added Opportunities to Speak

A hallmark of Channel Live, our expert-led conference programme, expands to include breakout workshops and more roundtables alongside the main stage. These breakouts will address Channel themes in more depth and with more time for discussion, debate and networking.

These dynamic sessions will provide increased visibility and engagement, allowing for deeper interaction with attendees and greater potential for collaboration and business growth.

Channel Live After Hours

Due to popular demand, our post-show event returns but with an exciting revamp! In 2025, it will be held in its own dedicated space within the exhibition hall with extended opening hours, allowing exhibitors and attendees to fully enjoy the fun and welcoming atmosphere.

This enhancement provides more opportunities for relaxed networking and relationship-building in a lively, engaging setting. We’re extending the times to 4pm-8pm so there is no need to rush off, but there is still time to continue with your own evening plans.
