Who should attend Channel Live?

Food and drink

Can children attend?

Children under the age of 18 are permitted to access the event under the supervision of an adult. However please note that no children under the age of 16, including babies, will be permitted into the conference theatres.

Dogs

The NEC welcomes all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs/pets permitted.

What safety measures do you have in place?

As organisers of Channel Live, we regard the health and safety of everyone participating in the show of paramount importance. Working with the NEC, we are committed to providing a safe venue with robust security, medical and welfare regimes in place. Click here to find out more.

Video and photography

Visitors and exhibitors are encouraged to take and share images of their activity on social media during the event. However, no recording of seminar sessions is permitted, and only verified members of the press are permitted to conduct interviews with exhibitors and visitors. Any exhibitors undertaking their own professional  photography and video must keep this restricted to their own stand and seminar sessions. Official event photographers and videographers will be covering all aspects of the event, any photographers or videographers recording material for their own use will not be permitted.

I've been receiving emails from external companies. Are they legitimate?

We are aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, making claims regarding the show status, offering access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you.
