Why has the date changed?
MA Exhibitions Limited, which owns and runs Channel Live, has taken the very difficult decision to reschedule the event from 22-23 September to 19-20 January 2021.
As organisers, our number one priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all of our exhibitors, visitors and staff. Given the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the concerns shared by a number of the show’s partners, we have decided that in order to minimise the risks to visitors and exhibitors, the event will now take place at the end of January in Hall 10, NEC.
We also believe that by moving the show to January 2021, we will be able to offer a better experience for visitors and exhibitors than we would under the current conditions.
All existing exhibitor bookings will be automatically transferred to the new dates and a member of the team will be in touch over the coming days to discuss any questions you might have. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the show’s partners for their understanding in this matter and we look forward to working with you to deliver an outstanding event in January.

I've been receiving emails from external companies. Are they legitimate?
We have recently become aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you. We would also like to reassure you that we do not release, sell or share any data related to Channel Live with any outside parties.
